Composants du dispositif

Gaine ClotTriever

La gaine ClotTriever comporte un entonnoir auto-expansible en treillis de nitinol pour maximiser le retrait du caillot. De plus, la gaine est dotée d’un robinet d’arrêt pour l’aspiration et d’une valve hémostatique pour l’insertion du cathéter.

Cathéter ClotTriever

Le cathéter ClotTriever comporte un segment de carottage en nitinol et un sac de recueil tressé, conçus pour forer et recueillir le caillot en vue de son extraction par la gaine ClotTriever.

Indications:

  • L’extraction non chirurgicale des emboles et des thrombus des vaisseaux sanguins.
  • L’injection, la perfusion et/ou l’aspiration de produits de contraste et d’autres liquides dans ou depuis un vaisseau sanguin.

Le système de thrombectomie ClotTriever est conçu pour être utilisé dans le système vasculaire périphérique, y compris pour la thrombose veineuse profonde (TVP).

Mise en garde: Selon la loi fédérale américaine, ce dispositif ne peut être vendu que par un médecin ou sur ordonnance.
