To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this declaration and based on our good faith understanding of the statutory requirements applicable to medical device manufacturers, we have adopted a Comprehensive Compliance Program consistent with the requirements of California Health and Safety Code §§ 119400-119402. Because Inari Medical is a medical device company and not a pharmaceutical company, Inari Medical has adopted policies and procedures for compliance that are consistent with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals, which is substantially similar to the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals referenced in the statute.

To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this declaration, Inari Medical is in compliance with California Health & Safety Code §§ 119402 and the Company’s Compliance Program.
