MARKET-LEADING
INNOVATION
For the treatment of PE
The large-bore aspiration technology in the FlowTriever system is unlike any other mechanical thrombectomy device. The FlowTriever system is evolving to offer the latest product innovation for optimal treatment outcomes.
FlowTriever System
Components
Triever Aspiration Catheters
Triever16 Curve Catheter
Triever20 Curve Catheter
FlowTriever Catheters
FlowTriever2 Catheter
FlowSaver Blood Return System
Triever Aspiration Catheters:
  • Triever16, Triever20, and Triever24 catheters are highly trackable to navigate tortuous anatomy.
Triever16 Curve Catheter:
  • The Triever16 Curve catheter is the latest innovation in venous thrombus removal, providing excellent torque response for multidirectional aspiration and maximum clot removal.
225°
directionality for
improved navigation
Triever20 Curve Catheter:
  • Triever20 Curve is a steerable large-bore catheter
    with customizable directionality for improved
engagement and extraction of venous clot.
FlowTriever Catheters:
  • FlowTriever catheters are nitinol disks that are
designed to engage and disrupt clot mechanically.
52% shorter deployment*
and increased usable length
for thrombectomy in distal
peripheral vasculature
Laser cut element with
proximal open cell
structure to disrupt and
retrieve clot
FlowTriever2 Catheter:
  • FlowTriever2 features a laser cut element
with an open cell design to engage and disrupt
    clot mechanically.
*Compared to other FlowTriever catheters
*The FlowTriever2 catheter is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature only.
40-micron filter to return
aspirated blood with
negligible hemolysis**
Enabling
bloodless
thrombectomy*
FlowSaver Blood Return System:
  • The FlowSaver is designed to reduce blood loss by
    filtering aspirated thrombi for blood
    reinfusion back to the patient.
* < 100ml of blood loss with FlowSaver in FLASH registry1
** <0.1% increase in hemolysis. Data on File.
A PATIENT-CENTERED APPROACH
TO PRICING: FT-PPP
The FlowTriever system Per Procedure Pricing (PPP) provides access to a broad selection of tools for PE & Right Atrium (RA) Clot-in-transit (CIT) thrombectomy at one price per procedure.

  • Enables physicians to make clinical decisions to provide optimal care for patients without cost concern
  • Provides immediate access to Inari’s cutting-edge innovations to further improve patient outcomes

Indications for Use:
The FlowTriever ® retrieval/aspiration system is indicated for (1) the non-surgical removal of emboli and thrombi from blood vessels and (2) injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel. The FlowTriever retrieval/aspiration system is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature and for the treatment of pulmonary embolism. Triever catheters are intended for use in treating clot in transit in the right atrium but not in conjunction with FlowTriever ® catheters. The Triever20 Curve ® is used coaxially within the Triever24 ® for (1) the non-surgical removal of emboli and thrombi from blood vessels and (2) injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel. The Triever20 Curve is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature and for the treatment of pulmonary embolism. The Triever20 Curve catheter is not indicated for use with FlowTriever catheters. Triever20 Curve is also intended for use in treating clot in transit in the right atrium but not in conjunction with FlowTriever catheters. Triever20 Curve must be used within the Triever24. The FlowSaver ® blood return system is used with Triever catheters for autologous blood transfusion. The Triever16 Curve is indicated for (1) the non-surgical removal of emboli and thrombi from blood vessels and (2) injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel. The Triever16 Curve is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature and for the treatment of pulmonary embolism. The Triever16 Curve is not indicated for use with FlowTriever catheters. The Triever16 Curve is also intended for use in treating clot in transit in the right atrium but not in conjunction with FlowTriever catheters.
